We use customer information to review artwork, prepare quotes, process orders, send proofs, coordinate pickup or shipping, provide customer support, and send order-related updates. If you join our email list, we may send occasional promotions and local pickup updates. You can ask us to remove you from marketing messages at any time.

Artwork and Uploaded Files

Uploaded artwork is used only to review, proof, print, and fulfill your order. We do not sell your artwork or customer files. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to print any artwork, logo, or design you submit.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and its payment providers. Tide Press Co. does not store full credit card numbers on this website.

Sharing Information

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, such as Stripe, Netlify, email/form tools, shipping providers, and payment processors. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our business, customers, or website.
