Custom Order Policy

Most Tide Press Co. products are custom-made for your artwork, size, quantity, and deadline. Because of that, custom orders are generally not refundable once artwork is approved and production has started.

Before Production

If you need to cancel before proof approval or before production begins, contact us as soon as possible. If no production work has started, we may cancel or adjust the order.

Reprints and Fixes

If we make a production mistake, such as the wrong size, wrong quantity, damaged print, or an issue that does not match the approved proof, we will review the order and may reprint, replace, or credit the affected items.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

We print based on the file supplied and approved. We are not responsible for low-resolution artwork, misspellings, transparent-background issues, color expectations outside normal print variation, or design errors approved by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Blanks

Customer-supplied garments are accepted only with approval. We take care during production, but replacement value for customer-supplied blanks is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing before production.

Report Window

Please report order issues within 3 business days of pickup or delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description so we can review it quickly.
