Local Pickup

Local pickup is free at 1951 Ocean Ave Suite 4A, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Pickup is by appointment only. We will send pickup instructions and a pickup window after your order is approved, paid, and ready.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround depends on order type, artwork readiness, quantity, and current production volume. DTF transfer orders are commonly completed in 2-3 business days, and custom apparel orders are commonly completed in 4-6 business days. Rush options may be available before production begins.

Shipping

Shipping options and rates are shown during secure checkout when available. Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not when the order is placed. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or appears missing, contact us within 3 business days with your order number and photos if available. We will help review the shipment and work with the carrier when possible.
