Orders and Proofs

By placing an order with Tide Press Co., you confirm that the order details, quantities, artwork, spelling, sizing, placement, and proof are correct before production begins. Production may begin after payment and proof approval.

Artwork Rights

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, trademark, photograph, or design submitted for printing. We may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, or unsafe to produce.

Color and Print Variation

Colors may vary between screens, proofs, transfer film, garments, and finished products. We work to produce consistent, high-quality results, but exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless a separate color-matching agreement is made before production.

Payment

Payment is required before production unless written wholesale terms have been approved. Wholesale terms, if offered, are subject to approval and may be paused or removed for late payments.

Turnaround

Turnaround estimates are based on artwork readiness, proof approval timing, order size, material availability, and production volume. Rush work must be approved before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for any order issue is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or a reprint/credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events, lost sales, or third-party costs.
